MY   NURSERY    RHYME

To prepare and help the children with the different phonics, pronunciation and tunes of the words, 

I ‘m going to introduce them with an easy song which has some words with similar sounds of pronunciations in each phrase.

Before start the best thing to do is practice with them the repeat’s words.

 

 

Besides this, I ask them about the words:

-Very good boys and girls! Have you realized about the similarity of pronunciation in all these words?

-Who can tell me another word similar to these ones?Now, I’m going to pronounce only the sound the first letter of each word to see if the children know the words and they say it. Then, we can learn all the song completely

 

Here, we have the song with a music video that is perfect to learn the music and rhymes of the song:

And finally, we can add gestures and movements while we are singing the song.

·         When we say hot: Give some air in our faces with the hands

·         When we say cold: Hug our body

·         When we say pot: We can make a circle with our arms in front of us doing the form of the pot

At the end, the teacher can give them this page to the children because is a useful form to remember the song easily
